Shabbat in the Negev.
Friday night I preyed traditional- no michisah and they preyed Ashkenazi. Weird man. We has Friday night dinner in the sukah but the cooking didn't even compare to my mothers(shout out!). We all hung out in the field school's main square until late.
Saturday- we where given the option of Traditional prayers at 9:30 and Alternative at 10:30- obviously 32/36 kids opted for the ladder. We went around the room telling the others how we feel about Judaism and what kind of school and shul we are officiated ourselves and families with.
In the afternoon we has two sessions. 1- talked about the book Outside Lies Magic by Stilgote- a book we where supposed to read and write a paper on
2-Zionism(different definitions and philosophies)
Saturday night we watched Freedom Writers (I cried like a baby). Than we hung by the local bar until now (2AM)
